Ridgeline started in 2011 with two trucks and a crew that had spent years fixing other people's bad installs. We handle Pima County permitting and TEP interconnection ourselves, and we still service every system we have ever put on a roof. Our warranty covers our workmanship for 25 years, not just the panels.

Questions before you go solar
How long does the whole process take?
About eight to twelve weeks from signed design to switch on. Roughly one day of install work, and the rest is Pima County permitting, inspection and TEP's interconnection queue. We give you a written timeline at signing.
What happens during a power outage?
A grid tied system without a battery shuts down during an outage, which is a safety requirement. If keeping the house running matters to you, that is what the battery is for and we will size it to the loads you actually need.
Do you handle the tax credit paperwork?
We give you the itemized documentation your accountant will need, including system cost and the in service date. We do not file for you and we will not tell you what your tax situation is.
What if my roof needs replacing soon?
Tell us and we will inspect it during the site visit. If the roof has under about eight years left it is usually cheaper to replace first than to pay for a removal and reset later.
