Intro call
Thirty minutes to hear the problem and tell you honestly whether I am the right help.
I work with founders running businesses alone or with a handful of people, on the unglamorous parts: pricing, systems, delegation, and knowing what to stop doing.
I take four ongoing clients at a time. Everything below happens over video and shared docs.
Thirty minutes to hear the problem and tell you honestly whether I am the right help.
Two weeks reviewing your tools, pricing, and time use, ending in a prioritized written plan.
Two calls a month plus async questions, for founders who need a steady outside brain.
A focused engagement to reset your rates and packages, with the scripts to tell existing clients.
Role definition, job posting, interview structure, and a 90 day onboarding plan.
I spent eleven years in operations roles, then built a small agency where I made almost every mistake I now help founders avoid. I underpriced for three years, hired too late, and did work I should have refused. Since 2018 I have consulted independently, deliberately keeping the practice small enough that I answer my own email.
“She told me to raise my rates 40 percent and gave me the exact email to send. I lost one client and made more money that quarter.”
Ben T., Freelance developer
“The audit named three things I was doing out of habit that were eating a full day a week. I stopped all three.”
Nicole A., Bookkeeping practice owner
“I had been putting off my first hire for two years. With her structure it took six weeks and the person is still with me.”

If you are paying yourself and the business is your main income, you are the right size. Most of my clients bill between 80,000 and 400,000 a year. If you are pre revenue, the free call is still worth taking, but you probably do not need me yet.
You give me access to how you work, we do two long calls, and I review your pricing, tooling, calendar, and client mix. You get a written plan ranked by impact, with the three things to do first and what to ignore for now.
I advise and I build the structure, meaning documents, templates, and processes. I do not run your operations day to day. If a task needs hands, I will help you scope it and find a contractor.
Pricing changes show up in the next invoice cycle, usually within a month. Systems and delegation take a quarter to feel real. If nothing has improved after 90 days of advisory we should end it, and I will say so first.
Tell me what is broken in a few sentences and pick a time. If I am not the right person, I will tell you on the call.
