Reviews

From the table

“My left calf had been tight for six weeks and two sessions with Nora got me back to normal mileage. She actually asked what my training week looked like.”

Priya S., Marathon runner, Boulder

“She found a hip flexor issue my coach and I had been blaming on my squat depth for months. Not a relaxing hour, but the right one.”

Grant M., Powerlifter
FAQ

Before your first session

How close to a race should I book?

Anything deep should happen at least five days out. Within three days of a race book the pre event session instead, which is short and brisk and will not leave you sore on the start line.

Will it hurt?

Deep tissue work can be uncomfortable but should never be something you have to brace through. Say something the moment pressure crosses from productive to sharp and Nora will back off. You should not be bruised the next day.

Do you take insurance?

Sessions are self pay. Cadence provides an itemized receipt you can submit to an HSA or FSA, which covers it for most plans. Cadence cannot bill insurance directly.

What should I wear and do I need to undress?

Wear or bring athletic shorts and a sports bra or shirt if you prefer to stay clothed for the hip and shoulder work. Draping is used throughout either way and only the area being worked is uncovered.
