Questions from employers
How fast can you fill an order?
Light industrial and warehouse orders are usually filled within 48 hours because we keep an active bench. Skilled trades and specialized office roles typically take five to ten business days depending on credentials.
Who handles payroll and workers comp?
We do, on all temp and temp to hire staff. You are billed a single hourly rate that includes wages, payroll taxes, unemployment and workers compensation, so the worker never touches your payroll system.
What if the person is not a fit?
Call us in the first 30 days and we replace them at no charge, and you are not billed for the hours after you send them home that day. We would rather eat that cost than lose the account.
Can we hire a temp permanently?
Yes. After 480 worked hours there is no conversion fee at all. Before that, a prorated fee applies, and we will tell you the exact number before you decide.
