Kestrel has supplied northwest Ohio plants since 1987 and is still independently owned. Most of our counter and outside sales people came off a shop floor, so when you describe a failed bearing they know what to ask. Our emergency line rings a real person overnight because a line down at 2am cannot wait for business hours.
“Called at 1am with a failed gearbox coupling. Their guy met me at the counter at 2 and we were running by shift change.”
Dale F., Maintenance supervisor, stamping plant
“The VMI route cut our crib stockouts to almost nothing and we stopped carrying six months of dead inventory.”
Angela S., Purchasing manager
“Counter guy identified a bearing from a photo of the failed one. Saved me a day of measuring.”
Nick R., Millwright, Monroe MI

There is no service fee. We scan and replenish your bins on a scheduled route, and you pay only for the product consumed. Min and max levels are set with your maintenance team and reviewed quarterly so you are not stocking parts you stopped using.
Yes. The emergency line is answered around the clock by a staff member with warehouse access, not an answering service. There is an after hours callout charge, which we tell you before you commit, and most calls are met at the counter within an hour.
Call with a part number, a photo, or just a description of the failure. Our counter can usually work from any of the three.
