About us
A warehouse you are welcome to walk through
Dale and Marie started Bluegrass in 2009 with 200 chairs in a barn. We still count every order by hand before it loads and again when it comes back, so you are not billed for items that never left. Customers are welcome to come see the actual chairs and linens before booking, which almost no one else in town offers.

Rental questions
How far ahead should I reserve?
Spring and fall weekends book two to four months out, especially for tents and Chiavari chairs. Weekday and off season events can often be filled the same week. A 25 percent deposit holds your date and the balance is due on delivery.
Do I have to clean the linens before returning them?
No. Return linens dry and free of food debris in the bags we provide, and we handle laundering. Wet or mildewed linens can be a total loss, so if something gets soaked, shake it out and leave it loose rather than bagging it.
What happens if it rains on a tent event?
Frame tents handle normal rain and moderate wind. If the forecast shows sustained winds above 40 miles per hour we will call you to discuss taking the tent down for safety, since no tent is rated for severe weather. Our weather policy is spelled out in your contract.
Is delivery and setup included in the price?
Delivery and pickup are free on orders over 200 dollars within 25 miles of Lexington. Setup of tables and chairs is an added 1 dollar per item if you want them placed rather than stacked. Tent installation is always included in the tent price.
