Meridian was started by two court interpreters who were tired of watching filings get rejected over sloppy translations. Every project goes to a translator who works into their first language and knows the field, then a second linguist reviews it before delivery. Nothing goes out on machine output alone.

Common questions
Will USCIS accept your translations?
Yes. Every certified translation ships with a signed certificate of accuracy naming the translator and confirming fluency in both languages, which is what USCIS requires. We have not had a translation rejected on certification grounds.
How is a page counted?
A page is up to 250 words of source text. Short documents like a birth certificate are almost always one page even if the paper is large. We confirm the page count in writing before we start.
Do I need a notarized translation or a certified one?
Certified means the translator attests to accuracy, which covers most immigration and academic uses. Notarized adds a notary witnessing that signature, which some courts and foreign consulates require. Ask the receiving office which one they want and we will match it.
How fast can you turn around a rush job?
Certified documents under five pages can be done in 24 hours for a 50 percent rush fee. Longer legal or medical files depend on length, but we will give you a firm delivery time before you pay.
