Scouted before the client ever sees a frame
Longitude is run by Dana Okonjo, who has shot on location in 41 countries since 2012 and still scouts every location on foot the day before the shoot. Clients hire us because we arrive knowing where the light lands at 6:40am, which permit the municipality requires, and which market stall will actually let us photograph.

Booking an assignment
Who pays for travel?
Travel, lodging, and per diem are billed as expenses on top of the day rate, at cost with receipts. For international campaigns we usually build a flat travel budget into the estimate so there are no surprises.
How far in advance should we book?
Campaign work usually books six to twelve weeks out and peak season destinations go earlier. Destination weddings are often reserved eight to fourteen months ahead, and we hold dates with a signed contract and deposit.
What licensing comes with the images?
Standard campaign delivery includes a three year unlimited digital and print license for the commissioning brand. Broader terms, perpetual rights, and third party resale are quoted separately.
What happens if weather ruins a shoot day?
We build a contingency day into every multi day estimate and reshoot within it at no extra charge. If weather takes out the whole window, unused shooting days credit toward a return trip.
