Questions pet owners ask
Can you see my pet today?
We hold same day slots every weekday morning for sick pets. Call as early as you can and describe the symptoms so our team can triage. For anything involving trouble breathing, seizures, bloat or major trauma, go straight to the emergency hospital and we will follow up afterward.
Why does a dental cleaning cost that much?
A veterinary dental is a surgical procedure under general anesthesia with pre surgical bloodwork, an IV catheter, monitoring, full mouth x rays and a technician on the patient the entire time. Anesthesia free cleanings only scrape the visible surface and miss disease below the gumline.
Do you take pet insurance?
We work with every major pet insurer. You pay us at the visit and we submit the itemized invoice and medical records to your provider so they can reimburse you directly. We also accept CareCredit and Scratchpay for larger procedures.
My cat panics in the carrier. Any options?
Yes. We use Fear Free handling, keep a cats only exam room, and can prescribe a gabapentin dose to give at home an hour or two before the visit. Mention it when you book and we will schedule you at a quieter time of day.
