Nine years, one very quiet room
I record in a treated and isolated booth with a large diaphragm condenser and a clean preamp chain, which is a long way of saying you will not hear my street. Before voice work I spent six years in radio production, so I edit my own audio and deliver it mixed to spec rather than handing you a raw file. Pickups within thirty days of delivery are free, because scripts change.

Booking a voice actor
How does usage affect the price?
The recording fee covers my time, and usage covers where and how long the audio runs. A web only explainer costs far less than the same read on regional television for a year. Tell me the media and the term and I will quote both plainly.
How fast can you turn a script around?
Scripts under three minutes booked before 2pm Central usually come back the same business day. Long form narration and audiobooks are scheduled, typically two to four weeks out depending on length.
Can I direct the session live?
Yes, at no extra charge. I run Source Connect, and Zoom or a phone patch works fine too. Most clients who direct live get what they want in one session instead of three rounds of revisions.
What if the script changes after delivery?
Pickups for script changes, name corrections and small rewrites are free within thirty days. A full rewrite that changes the length or the read is quoted as a new session, and I will tell you which one it is before recording.
