Four people, one project at a time each
Ninth Avenue started in 2017 as a two person shop in Lawrenceville and has stayed deliberately small. Nobody here is juggling five projects, which is why our dates hold. We write plain language weekly updates, and we hand over the code, the accounts and the documentation at launch because you should own what you paid for.

Project questions
Why do you charge for discovery?
Because a real estimate needs real requirements. Two weeks of discovery gives you a sitemap, a technical plan and a fixed price you can take to other firms if you want. The $2,500 is credited toward the build if you continue with us.
Who owns the site when it is done?
You do. The code repository, the hosting account, the domain and every third party service are in your name from the start. If you ever leave, nothing needs to be transferred because it was never ours.
Can our team update content without a developer?
Yes. Every build includes a content editor set up around your actual page types, plus a recorded training session and written documentation. Clients typically handle all copy, image and page changes themselves after launch.
What happens if we need changes after launch?
Bugs in what we built are fixed free for sixty days. New work is either quoted per project or handled through a monthly support retainer starting at $1,400, which also covers monitoring and security updates.
