Every package includes unlimited email, a shared planning portal and two planners on the wedding day.
Partial planning
You have booked some vendors, we take over at about six months out and finish it.
Month of coordination
We take the reins six weeks out, confirm vendors and run the rehearsal and the day.
Design and styling
Concept, palette, florals direction and a full design deck, added to any package.

About us
Twenty four weddings a year, on purpose
Ivory Field has planned Lowcountry weddings since 2013 and we cap the calendar at twenty four a year. That cap is why you get replies the same day in the busy months and why we can staff every wedding with two planners. Our venue and vendor relationships here are long enough that a last minute change usually takes one phone call.

Planning questions
What is the difference between planning and coordination?
Full planning starts at engagement and includes sourcing and managing every vendor plus the budget and the design. Month of coordination starts about six weeks out and takes over what you have already booked, then runs the rehearsal and the wedding day. Partial planning sits between the two.
When should we hire a planner?
For full planning, as soon as you have a rough date and budget, ideally twelve to eighteen months out, because venue and photographer availability drives everything else. Coordination can be booked later, though our peak season dates fill six to nine months ahead.
Do you work with vendors we have already chosen?
Yes, always. We manage whoever you have booked. If you are still choosing, we recommend from vendors we have worked with here, and we tell you why, but we never require a specific list and we take no vendor commissions.
What does the wedding day actually look like with you?
Two planners arrive before the first vendor and stay through send off. We hold the master timeline, direct vendor load in, cue the ceremony, manage the reception flow and handle problems without routing them to you. Most couples never hear about the ones we solve.
