About the estate
A working farm the Hoyt family opened to weddings in 2011
The Hoyts have farmed this land since 1946. In 2011 they restored the carriage house and began hosting a limited number of weddings each season. We cap the calendar at 42 events a year so the grounds stay in the shape you saw on your tour.

FAQ
Questions couples ask on tour
What does it take to hold a date?
A signed contract and a 30 percent deposit hold your date. The balance is split into two payments, one at six months and the final at 30 days before the wedding.
Can we bring our own caterer?
We work with two approved caterers who know the kitchen and the load in. An outside licensed caterer can be approved for a $1,200 kitchen fee if they complete a site visit.
When does music have to end?
Amplified music ends at 10:30pm under our town permit, with a 30 minute last call and guest departure by 11pm. Acoustic music on the terrace can continue to 11pm.
What is your weather backup?
The carriage house seats 200 for a ceremony with a 90 minute flip to dinner. Couples over 200 guests, or who want an outdoor feel regardless, add the tent and decide 72 hours out.
