Before we come out
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most Nashville homes look right on twice a year, spring and autumn. Homes under heavy tree cover or near a busy road often go three times, and storefronts need a route every one to four weeks.
Do I need to be home?
Only for interior work. Exterior only cleans need gate access and outdoor water, and we can do those while you are at work. We text before and after with photos either way.
What happens if it rains right after?
Clean glass sheds rain without spotting, so a shower usually does no harm. If your windows do spot within 48 hours, call and we return at no charge.
Can you reach third storey windows?
Yes, with a water fed pole from the ground on most homes. Where a ladder cannot be set safely we will tell you rather than take the risk, and we do not work on roofs above a 6 in 12 pitch.
