11. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

  • Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having your activity on the Service made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

  • Google AdSense & DoubleClick Cookie: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our Service. Google's use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our Service or other websites. You may opt out of the use of the DoubleClick Cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting the Google Ads Settings web page.

Behavioral Remarketing

We.Inc uses remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to you after you have visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

  • Google Ads (AdWords) Remarketing: Google Ads remarketing service is provided by Google Inc. You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page. Google also recommends installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for your web browser.

Payments

We do not store full payment card details; that information is provided directly to our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. The payment processors we currently work with include:

  • Stripe, Inc., primary card and subscription processing
  • PayPal Holdings, Inc., alternative payment method and affiliate payouts

AI Processing

  • OpenAI (API platform): Used for content generation and AI assistant features. Under OpenAI's API terms, your inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI's models; OpenAI retains API request data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and then deletes it. We have executed OpenAI's standard DPA covering EEA/UK transfers via Standard Contractual Clauses.

Hosting & Infrastructure

  • Vercel: Our website and application are hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel may process certain request data (such as IP addresses and user agent strings) as part of delivering our Service.

Email Delivery

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS SES): We use AWS Simple Email Service for transactional and marketing email delivery. Email addresses and message content are processed by AWS to deliver emails on our behalf.

Bot Protection

  • Google reCAPTCHA v3: We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis.

Social Media Platforms

  • Social Media OAuth: If you use our social media scheduling features, we store OAuth access tokens provided by social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn) to post content on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.

12. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

13. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher minimum age set by applicable law in your jurisdiction: e.g., 14 in Spain/Quebec, up to 16 under some EU Member States' GDPR implementation).

13b. Your Canadian Privacy Rights (PIPEDA & BC PIPA)

As a British Columbia company, We.Inc is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (BC PIPA). Canadian residents may:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about them
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Withdraw consent to collection, use, or disclosure (subject to legal/contractual limits and reasonable notice)
  • Challenge our compliance by contacting our Privacy Officer

We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days. Complaints may be escalated to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, for BC residents, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC (oipc.bc.ca).

14. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information.
