Free Digital Catalog Maker with a WhatsApp Order Button on Every Product
This digital catalog maker is free, runs entirely in your browser and needs no account. Add products with a photo, short description and price; each one gets a WhatsApp link and a QR code that open a chat with the order message already typed. Then print the catalog or save it as a PDF to share.
Updated
Built for small sellers who take orders by chat: florists, bakers, boutiques, makers selling at markets. Fill in your business details on the left, watch the catalog update, and keep everything on your own device. Photos are never uploaded.
Make your catalog
The catalog maker loads here in your browser: business name, WhatsApp number, currency, accent colour, products per row, and for each product a photo, name, code, description and price, with a live preview, the list of order links and a Print / save as PDF button.
Three ways to share a product catalog
Each format suits a different job. This tool makes the first; We.Inc can host the third.

PDF catalog, WhatsApp Business catalog or a website?
A PDF catalog is the quickest thing to send: one file that works in any chat and can be printed for a market stall or counter. Its weakness is updates. Change a price and you have to make and resend the file.
WhatsApp Business has its own catalog feature inside the app, which is handy when every customer already talks to you there. It lives only inside WhatsApp, though, so it cannot be shared as a file or found by people searching the web.
A website with a product page keeps one link that never changes while you edit what is behind it, and it can show up in search results. Many small shops use two of the three: a PDF for chats and a site for the bio link.
When a catalog stops being enough
If you are sending the same file several times a day, or new customers who do not know you are asking whether you are real, a page with its own address saves time and earns trust. That is the point to move the catalog onto a site, and keep the PDF for people who prefer a file.
How it works
- Type your business name, an optional one-line intro and your WhatsApp number with the country code (1 for the US and Canada, 44 for the UK).
- Add each product: name, price, an optional code such as a SKU or size, a short description and a photo.
- Pick the currency, an accent colour and how many products sit on each row of the page.
- Check the order links. Each one opens WhatsApp with a message naming the product, code and price, so you know exactly what the customer wants.
- Press Print / save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF in the print window to get a file you can send in chats or post to your status.
Tips
- Shoot every photo in the same light against the same plain background. A catalog of matching photos looks like a shop; mixed ones look like a garage sale.
- Show the price on every item. Customers who have to ask often never do.
- Use the code field for sizes or variants (for example "M, sage green") so the order message carries it.
- Keep descriptions to one line about what matters to a buyer: size, material, what is included.
- Two or three products per row keeps photos large enough to read on a phone screen once the PDF is shared.
Frequently asked questions
Is the digital catalog maker really free?
Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no limit on products. Everything is built in your browser, so the photos and text you add stay on your device.
How do the WhatsApp order buttons work?
For each product the tool builds a wa.me link with your number and a ready-made message that greets your business by name and lists the product, its price and its code if you added one. Tapping the button in the PDF, or scanning the product's QR code on paper, opens that chat on the customer's phone.
How do I save the catalog as a PDF?
Press Print / save as PDF and set the destination to Save as PDF in the print window. If nothing opens, your browser blocked the pop-up; allow pop-ups for this site and press the button again.
Can customers pay through the catalog?
No. The catalog sends the order to you on WhatsApp and you agree payment and delivery with the customer there. Taking card payments online needs a store with a checkout.
Can I put my catalog online with its own link?
The tool itself does not host anything. To give the catalog a web address you can publish it as a We.Inc site: the free plan covers up to 3 template sites on a we.inc address, and a custom domain needs a paid plan.
