Three medical spa and aesthetic clinic website designs compared on consultations, injectables and laser treatments: what each does well, where it falls short, and a brief you can copy.
Someone looking at a med spa wants to know who does the treatment, what a consultation costs, and whether they will be pushed into a package. The designs below come from a physician supervised clinic, a skin clinic and a laser studio.
One catalogue template and two sample sites whose menus are clinical (injectables, microneedling, laser). Day spa and facial bar samples were left out because they offer no medical treatments. For each we read the design and noted the first button, how treatments are priced and who is named as the provider. Checked 27 September 2026. Task: A patient considering injectables who wants a provider, not a salesperson.
Design choice: "Injectables and skin treatments planned by a physician, not sold by a counter." with "Book a consultation". Three points up front: "A provider signs off on every plan", "We will talk you out of things" and "One clinic, one chart". The menu covers neuromodulators and dermal filler, microneedling, skin consults and prescription skincare, and says consultations are no charge.
Limitation: No prices at all. Add at least a per unit or starting price, since that is what patients compare first.

Task: A patient with a specific skin problem who wants a plan and downtime facts.
Design choice: "A skin plan you can actually stick to" with "Book a consult" and "View treatments". Microneedling $295, Chemical peel from $175 and an Acne clearing program from $520. The FAQ answers "How much downtime should I expect?" and "Can I get a treatment if I use retinoids or Accutane?".
Limitation: No injectables or laser, and the page does not name a medical director. If you are a med spa, say who supervises.

Design choice: "Six sessions, then mostly maintenance" with "Book consultation" and "Package pricing". Per session prices by area (Underarms $85, Full legs $295) and a free consultation and patch test. The FAQ answers "Does it work on dark skin or light hair?".
Limitation: Laser hair removal only. A full med spa would add its other treatments and name the provider.
