Frequently asked questions
Do I need coding skills to build a website?
No coding required! With We.Inc you just describe what you want in a chat and our AI builds a live, working website for you. From there you can refine it visually with click-to-edit, or open the built-in code editor if you want full control.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most users launch their first website in 10-30 minutes. You describe the business and the AI writes and builds the pages around it, so the first version is already yours rather than a sample you have to rewrite. More complex sites with custom features may take a few hours to refine.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! You can connect any domain name you own, or purchase a new domain directly through We.Inc. We handle all the technical setup for you, including SSL certificates for security.
What if I need help?
We offer 24/7 customer support via live chat, email, and our help center. Plus, our AI assistant can answer common questions instantly. We also have video tutorials and step-by-step guides for every feature.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can downgrade to our free plan or cancel your subscription at any time. Your site data is always exportable.
Is my website mobile-friendly?
Yes, every site the AI builds is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. Your website will look great on phones, tablets, and desktops. You can preview and customize the mobile view separately.
Vacation rental website designs, compared on the booking journey
A vacation rental site has one job: let a guest pick the right unit for their group, see the real nightly cost and ask for dates. Below, five sample sites and two templates, each read for how a guest checks a one, two or three bedroom stay.
How these were picked
Rental, B&B, lodge and campground samples from our library plus the Nomad Rentals and Hotel Cove templates. Salt Marsh Cottages is the demonstration; its six cottages, rates, owners and guest quotes are all made up. Checked 27 September 2026. Every design here is from the We.Inc library and is labelled as a sample or template. None is a customer site, and no entry claims results.
1. Salt Marsh Cottages
Sample site built by our AI (made-up business). Open it
Task: A family choosing a cottage by bedroom count and checking dates.
Design choice: Units are listed by bedrooms with a from-price each (Osprey from $165/night, Killdeer from $215, Curlew from $310) and "Check availability" is the first button. The FAQ says there is no cleaning fee at checkout.
Limitation: "Check availability" leads to a phone call, not a calendar. Link your booking engine or channel manager for live dates.
2. Tidewater Stay Co.
Sample site built by our AI (made-up business). Open it
Task: An owner deciding whether to hand a house to a manager.
Design choice: Aimed at owners, not guests: an 18% of revenue fee, what it covers, and "Get a revenue estimate".
Limitation: No guest-facing unit list. Use it only if you manage other people's homes.
3. Pine Hollow Inn
Sample site built by our AI (made-up business). Open it
Task: A couple comparing rooms and a whole-property buyout.
Design choice: Rooms priced one by one plus a "Whole inn buyout" from $1,450 a night for groups up to 14.
Limitation: Rooms, not whole units; a single-home rental needs a different layout.
4. Thornveld Safari Lodge
Sample site built by our AI (made-up business). Open it
Task: A group choosing between suites and a sole-use booking.
Design choice: "Check availability" and "See the suites" up top, with a family suite that sleeps 4 and a sole-use buyout.
Limitation: Written for a remote lodge with transfers; strip the travel logistics for a local rental.
5. Cedar Hollow Campground & RV Park
Sample site built by our AI (made-up business). Open it
Task: A guest picking a site type from a map.
Design choice: "See site map" sits next to "Check availability", and the FAQ covers cancellation, cell service and campfires.
Limitation: Site types, not bedrooms. Borrow the map idea, not the layout.
6. Vacation Rental Marketplace
Travel template from the We.Inc library (demo site: Nomad Rentals). Open it
Task: A host with several homes in different places.
Design choice: Nomad Rentals opens with "Browse stays", "Destinations" and "How booking works".
Limitation: Placeholder listings and a marketplace tone; add your own homes, rates and house rules.
7. Sand-Tone Boutique Coastal Hotel
Travel template from the We.Inc library (demo site: Hotel Cove). Open it
Task: A small property that sells the setting first.
Design choice: Hotel Cove leads with "Rooms that open to the water" and has Rooms, The Table, The Coast and Visit in the menu.
Limitation: Room-based and quiet on prices; add from-prices and a date request.
Task comparison

Walkthrough: a family of four picking a cottage on the Salt Marsh sample
- They land on "Six cottages, a marsh, and no resort in sight" with "Check availability" and "See the cottages".
- "Sleeping two to eight, all on the same lane" shows Killdeer, two bedroom: sleeps four, fenced yard for dogs, from $215 a night.
- The FAQ answers the two questions that stall a booking: the minimum stay (two nights, three on holiday weekends) and fees at checkout (no cleaning or resort fee, lodging tax only).
- "Check dates or ask us anything" closes the page with a phone number. Edit prompt to fix the gap: "Add a date request form with arrival, departure, guests, dogs yes or no, and which cottage."
Copyable build brief
A website for [name], [number] vacation rentals in [area]. One card per unit with bedrooms, sleeps, pets and a from-price per night. A rates and fees section that states cleaning fees, taxes and minimum stays. A date request form (dates, guests, unit) or a link to my booking engine. FAQ on minimum stay, peak season, cancellation and pets. Deposits through my own Stripe account.
What We.Inc does and does not do here
| Live availability calendar and instant booking | Not built in. Link or embed the booking engine or channel manager you already use. |
| Syncing with listing sites | Not built in. Calendar sync stays in your channel manager. |
| Lodging tax collection | Not handled. Your booking tool or accountant handles tax. |
| Publishing for free | Free plan: up to 3 template sites on a we.inc address. No AI credits and no custom domain. |
| Having the AI write and change the site | Paid plans: Starter $20/mo, Pro $49/mo, Max $99/mo. You describe the business, then edit by clicking or by asking in chat. |
| Your own domain | Paid plans only. |
| Taking payments | Through your own Stripe account, so the money goes to you. We.Inc does not hold funds. |
| Forms | The AI builds contact and request forms. A synced booking calendar is not built in: link the scheduling tool you already use. |
What to adapt
- One card per unit with bedrooms and sleeps.
- State every fee before checkout.
- Minimum stay and peak season in the FAQ.
What not to copy
- The sample rates, owners and guest quotes.
- An "availability" button that only dials a phone.
Questions
What is the minimum stay and when do you fill up?
Your site should answer this in plain words. The sample says two nights most of the year, three on holiday weekends, and that summer books months ahead; replace those with your own rules.
Are there extra fees at checkout?
List every fee (cleaning, pets, tax) on the rates section. We.Inc builds the page; the fees themselves are charged by your booking tool or Stripe.
