What a Webflow website costs when an agency builds it
You pay twice: once for the build, and every month for Webflow itself. Here are published agency ranges and Webflow's own prices.
We.Inc is free to start, no credit card. AI building from $20/mo.
How much does a Webflow website cost with an agency?
For a small marketing site of about 5 to 10 pages, published agency ranges sit around $5,000 to $15,000. Branded Agency puts a defined agency marketing site at $5,000 to $15,000 and a broader custom project at $15,000 to $50,000 or more. BRIX Templates puts a small site (1 to 10 pages) at $7,200 to $18,000 from a mid-level agency and $1,800 to $4,500 from a freelancer. Both companies sell Webflow work, so treat these as planning figures, not quotes.

Cons: The free plan is templates only; AI building needs a paid plan; Newer platform with a smaller app marketplace than the big names; Store features are simpler than a dedicated ecommerce platform
Webflow's own fees, which you pay after the agency leaves
Every published Webflow site needs a site plan. On November 2, 2026 Webflow listed: Starter free on a webflow.io address; Basic $15 a month billed yearly ($25 monthly) for simple sites without a CMS; Premium $25 a month billed yearly ($39 monthly) with the CMS; Team $2,500 a month on an annual contract; and Enterprise priced by Webflow's sales team. A store needs an ecommerce plan instead: Standard $29, Plus $74 or Advanced $212 a month billed yearly.
Agencies also pay for a Workspace to build client sites, listed at $16 a month for Freelancer and $35 a month for Agency, billed yearly. That is the agency's cost, but it shows up in their rates. Optional add-ons such as Analyze (from $9 a month) and Localize (from $9 a month) add to your own bill.
What moves an agency quote up or down
Page count matters less than people expect. The bigger drivers are custom design versus adapting a template, how many CMS collections the site needs (blog, case studies, team, jobs), interactions and animation, integrations such as a CRM or booking tool, and whether the agency writes the copy. Moving an existing site with years of content is its own line item.
Location sets the hourly rate. Clutch, updated September 21, 2026, lists agencies in the US, Canada and Australia at $100 to $149 an hour, the UK at $50 to $99, and website-builder specialists, Webflow included, at $25 to $49.
How to get a fair quote
Ask two or three agencies for a fixed price against the same written brief: the pages, the CMS collections, who writes the copy, and what happens to search traffic from your old site. Ask what a change after launch costs and whether training your team to edit the CMS is included. Ask to see live Webflow sites they built, not only screenshots.
Our verdict
An agency-built Webflow site is worth it when the site is a main sales channel, needs a distinctive design and a CMS your marketing team will use every week. For a 5-page site for a local business or a new product, $5,000 or more plus $15 to $25 a month is hard to justify; a freelancer with a good template, or a builder you run yourself, gets you most of the way for far less.
Where We.Inc fits: the free plan publishes up to 3 template sites on a we.inc address, with no AI and no custom domain, and needs no credit card. AI building, where you describe the site and it is written for you, starts at $20 a month (Starter, 250 credits); Pro is $49 and Max is $99.
About these figures
Webflow's prices are from its own pricing page. The build ranges come from two companies that sell Webflow templates or services, BRIX Templates and Branded Agency, and from Clutch's pricing page based on its agency directory. Both company guides call their numbers estimates or illustrative figures, not quotes. We did not run our own survey.
