Organization suits companies without a public location, such as online businesses and agencies. It links your name, logo and social profiles together.
Product describes a single item with a price and availability. Google requires either an offer, a review or an aggregate rating before it will show product rich results.
FAQPage marks up question and answer pairs that appear on the page.
The most common mistake is markup that does not match the page: star ratings that appear nowhere, prices that differ from the visible price, or FAQ answers that are not on the page. Google treats this as spam and can ignore all of your structured data.
The second is copying the same block onto every page. Home pages and location pages can carry LocalBusiness; blog posts should not.
