Basic suits a portfolio or a small startup site: 30 pages and 2 CMS collections is enough for a homepage, a few product pages and a blog. Pick Pro once you publish lots of content or expect real traffic, because the page and bandwidth limits are where Basic runs out.

1. Set up a projects collection and add three case studies. 2. Make one service page and reuse its layout for two more. 3. Invite the person who will edit the site and check they can change text and swap an image without breaking the design. 4. Note which paid plan you need to publish on your own domain, and connect it. 5. Check every page on a phone.
