Dentist Website Templates

New patients, emergencies and fees: three paths, one clear page.

Most dental visitors are on one of three errands: they are new and want to know what the first visit costs, they have tooth pain today, or they want to know whether you take their insurance. A dental site works when each of those has an obvious path from the first screen.

The six designs below are different kinds of practice: a three-dentist general practice, two family and cosmetic practices, a children-only practice, a specialist orthodontist and a denture studio. Pick the one closest to how you actually work.

What a good dentist website needs

A new-patient path

What the first visit includes, how long it takes and what it costs, before or after insurance.

An emergency route

A phone number and a plain line about same-day slots. Someone with a cracked tooth will not read a services page.

Insurance and fees in plain words

Which plans you bill, and starting fees for common treatments.

An enquiry, not a medical history

Ask for name, contact and reason for visit. Collect health histories in your practice system after booking, not in a website form.

How to pick the right one

Should the site collect medical histories?

No. Keep the website form to contact details and reason for visit, and take health information in your practice software after the appointment is booked.

Six dental layouts, compared on three patient paths

Willow Creek Family Dentistry (a made-up practice) has three paths: a new-patient visit, same-day emergencies, and fees and insurance. Here is how each template handles them.

How these were picked

Six catalogue templates checked against their previews: Northlight, Brightwell Dental, Brightside Dental, Bramble Lane, Arcline Orthodontics and Harbor Denture Studio, plus the Willow Creek sample as the demonstration. Its prices, counts and reviews are made up. Checked 27 September 2026. Every design here is from the We.Inc library and is labelled as a sample or template. None is a customer site, and no entry claims results.

1. Northlight

Healthcare template from the We.Inc library. Open it

Task: A general practice that shows its fees.

Design choice: Northlight: Treatments, First visit, Fees and Call in the menu; "Three dentists" and "New patients: two weeks" in the header notes.

Limitation: No emergency path in the first screen; add a same-day line and phone number.

2. Brightwell Dental

Healthcare template from the We.Inc library. Open it

Task: A practice that takes emergency calls.

Design choice: Brightwell Dental: "Dental Emergency" and "Book Appointment" in the header, and a "Free Consultation" link in the hero.

Limitation: No fees or insurance in the first screen; add them.

3. Brightside Dental

Healthcare template from the We.Inc library. Open it

Task: A family and cosmetic practice that bills insurance.

Design choice: Brightside Dental: Services, Our Doctors, Patient Stories and FAQ; "Same-week appointments, new patients always welcome" and a strip naming PPO plans and financing.

Limitation: Demo counts and rating must be replaced or removed, and the named plans changed to yours.

4. Bramble Lane

Healthcare template from the We.Inc library. Open it

Task: A children-only practice.

Design choice: Bramble Lane: "Dentistry for ages 0 to 16", First visit, Prices and a "Book a first visit, £45" button, plus a phone button.

Limitation: Written for children only; an all-ages practice would rewrite it.

5. Arcline Orthodontics

Healthcare template from the We.Inc library. Open it

Task: A specialist orthodontist.

Design choice: Arcline Orthodontics: Treatment, Timeline, Fees and Book; braces and aligners for teenagers and adults with a priced assessment.

Limitation: Built for braces, not general dentistry.

6. Harbor Denture Studio

Healthcare template from the We.Inc library. Open it

Task: A denture studio.

Design choice: Harbor Denture Studio: The bench, Fees and Visit; "Made on the bench", by appointment, with one technician.

Limitation: Denture work only; very little space for a service list.

7. Willow Creek Family Dentistry

Sample site built by our AI (made-up business). Open it

Task: The demonstration: all three paths on one page.

Design choice: A $99 new patient visit with what it includes, "Tooth pain today? Call before 3:00 pm", and treatment fees before insurance.

Limitation: Made-up prices, counts and reviews.

Walkthrough: a new patient on the Willow Creek sample

  1. They read "A dentist your whole family can keep for twenty years" and tap "See the $99 new patient visit".
  2. The card lists the exam, x-rays, cleaning and a written treatment plan, and who the price is for.
  3. The insured note says the practice bills the plan directly.
  4. They call or request a time. Keep that form to name, contact and reason for visit; take health history after booking.
